The evolutionary NFT collection
Potentials are at the core of all of our products, consistently gaining the most utility. It's our flagship collection, tradeable on Ethereum, usable on Base, and consisting of 1,000 dynamic avatars that evolve through community participation. As a Potential owner, you have a say in shaping its traits, attributes, and features through your decisions so that the art evolves with you, reflecting your personality, embedding your experiences, and opening up unique trait-gated products.
These NFTs are semi-soulbound nested tokens - meaning the Potentials on Base are tied to the Potentials on Ethereum. When someone buys a Potential on Ethereum, our system reads that event on the blockchain, immediately triggering a smart contract on Base to airdrop the same (ID, traits) Potential on Base - the Layer 2 that holders need to be on to use the RMRK-powered NFT (to vote on the Dischordian Saga, customize the avatar, etc). Whenever a transfer on Base is triggered, transfers for the same ID on Ethereum are blocked for the following epoch - meaning the NFT gets freezed for a dozen minutes.
The collection is very diverse as it consists of fixed traits of different genders, species, and classes, as well as changeable traits of different alignments, elements, dimensions, armor, weapons, and many more in the future such as badges, tattoos, scars, backgrounds, etc.
Potentials NFTs exist in an ever-changing universe shaped by users' decisions, interactions, and community events. They gain new traits by voting in The Dischordian Saga, a grand multiverse-spanning narrative unfolding with weekly story nodes based on the majority's decisions. They can use the traits to go on customized pathways in CoNexus - an AI interactive storytelling platform, and they can compete in lore-fitting games.
