Shape the Future

The Dischordian Saga is a community-governed story based on sci-fi lore that breathes life and depth into the Potentials, allowing them to shape the universe and their own visible story. Every week, the holders' on-chain votes influence the overall narrative and may grant them unique traits equippable to their NFTs to reveal their true character and unlock mission-based story games within the CoNexus platform.

Each week, a new story node of the Dischordian Saga will be released on-chain in the form of Narrative Governance within the Galactic Governance Hub, and each new story node is dependent on what the majority votes for in the last one.

Once a month, new traits will be distributed to holders based on their decision in a Key Decision Point. To ensure that all votes hold equal importance. it is never revealed which vote in the month is key to gaining new traits.

The more Potentials you own, the more influence you have over the way the story evolves, and the more pathways you can unlock. Every Story Node will have an official "Canon" outcome based upon the majority vote through Narrative Governance. However, even if the outcome that your Potential selected is not actualized, your free will choice will be recorded, and it will still help to influence the development of your own true potential.

An example of a KDP could be:

"Do you wish to go into a war now?"

If the majority votes against it but you vote for it, there will be no battle, but your NFT will reflect an antagonist trait.

So, both the overall narrative and the avatars evolve based on the decisions Potentials make.
